Dessert: rice, milk and cinnamon (for two people) Ingredients: 320 gr of milk 60 g of liquid cream 20 g butter 80 g rice 45 g sugar Lemon zest Cinnamon powder Dessert: rice, milk and cinnamon by Chef Otello @SophiasRestaurant – Restaurant in Milan Procedure: Put to boil the milk and the cream, adding lemon rind. Throw the rice, cook for 45 minutes and add sugar. When you are finished cooking, add the butter and stir. Put the mixture into bowls and let it sit in the fridge for two hours. Before serving the cake, give it a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
