Here is another tasty tip directly from the kitchen of Sophia’s Restaurant, the elegant restaurant in Milan.

Today our Chef Otello recommends: rice, milk and cinnamon.

Dessert: rice, milk and cinnamon

(for two people)

Ingredients:

  • 320 gr of milk
  • 60 g of liquid cream
  • 20 g butter
  • 80 g rice
  • 45 g sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • Cinnamon powder

Procedure:

Put to boil the milk and the cream, adding lemon rind. Throw the rice, cook for 45 minutes and add sugar. When you are finished cooking, add the butter and stir.

Put the mixture into bowls and let it sit in the fridge for two hours.

Before serving the cake, give it a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
