Milanese doc, with a passion for cooking since childhood, began his career very young, starting in hotel companies of great importance. Our Chef likes idicate his cooking as classic, but revisited and enriched with selected raw materials and high quality to save our Mediterranean Diet and combine taste and creativity.

His cooking prefers local products to sustain short chain, at 0 kilometer, explaining the typicality regional.
