Giovanni Segantini, the european artist in the late 19th century, will be protagonist of the autumn in Milan with a review “Segantini. Il ritorno a Milano”.

His life was due to Engadina, Switzerland valley where he lived the last years of his life and to which he devoted his most beautiful landscapes. Milan had an important role in his life, he moved in there when he was a child and he started his artistic training at Brera Academy.

The Segantini exhibition in Milan | From September at Palazzo Reale

From 18 September 2014 to 18 January 2015 the Palazzo Reale of Milan will show for the first time 120 works from the most important museums and European private collections, divide in 8 section, each dedicated to an aspect of Segantini art.

With more than 100 works the Segantini exhibition in Milan will propose the entire range of artistic production.

At Palazzo Reale, in autumn, will be also the exhibition of Chagall and Van Gogh.
