The Van Gogh exhibition in Milan shows for the first time the most famous masterpicies of Netherlands artist. The review, promoted by Municipality of Milan, presents the works of artist moved from the most important Kröller-Müller Museum of Otterlo. The exhibition of Milan aims to one of important topics for Vincent Van Gogh, the relationship with human and nature.

The Van Gogh exhibition in Milan | “L’uomo e la terra” from 18th October 2014 to 8th March 2015 hosted at Palazzo Reale

From 18th October to 8th March 2015 the Palazzo Reale of Milan will host his most famous works: Self-portrait of 1887, Landscape with wheat sheaves and rising moon, Portrait of Joseph Roulin, Still life with plate of onions.

Keeping the theme as a common thread that gives the title to the exhibition “Man and Earth”, the exhibition presents a reading of the works of Van Gogh completely new and focused on issues related to Expo 2015: the land and its fruits.

At Palazzo Reale, in autumn, there will be also the exhibition of Chagall and Segantini.
